The Delaware Dispatch: Independence statement

  1. The Delaware Dispatch is my personal, independent publication. It is not my 2026 U.S. Senate campaign, and no campaign committee pays for it, runs it, or is affiliated with it.
  2. I do not use campaign funds, donor lists, email lists, or other campaign assets to produce, promote, or grow the Dispatch. Any paid membership would go only to a separate personal account.
  3. I write here as a Delawarean, a registered nurse, and a former write-in candidate who wants to explain how our civic life works. I am not asking for votes or donations.
